General rules
As the artist, I retain all rights over the artwork. I am allowed to promote and share the artwork on my social media platform. I will still credit you properly as the commissioner!
The commission is for personal use only, unless you have paid the commercial fee.
I reserve the right to cancel or decline your commission if I am not comfortable with, or not confident in my ability to finish. If I cancel after the payment is done, I will refund you the full price.
Commissioner can not cancel the commission if I have started working on it. Insisting to cancel, the commissioner have to pay the full price.
Commercial Use
My commercial price may vary from project to project, so please contact me to discuss it further!
Please kindly describe the project beforehand so I can get a full understanding!
Payment, Refunds, and Cancelations.
Payment is in USD via Paypal for international orders and IDR via BCA, Gopay, or DANA for local orders.
If the total price exceeded USD$20 or 150.000 IDR, the commissioner has to pay 60% upfront.
Full payment has to be done after the sketch.
No refunds are offered after payment unless I am unable to finish your commission.
I will tell you when I start working on your commission. Commissioner is free to cancel or change the commission before I start working on it.

how to order & workflow
DM me your commission details, along with the references. I prefer visual references (images). Also please kindly tell me if it's for personal or commercial purposes!
After I accepted the refs, I will update your commission details on my Trello.
I will work on the commission one by one, please kindly wait for your turn!
Usually, it took me 3-9 days to finish 1 (one) commission, on a rare occasions it'll take me longer but I will make sure to inform you if your commission is delayed.
When it's your turn, I will ask for a 60% payment upfront if the total price exceeded USD$20 or 150.000IDR. I will start working on your commission after the payment is done.
I will send you the rough sketch, and you can ask for revisions. Revision is unlimited, but I do not accept major revisions such as pose, overall costume, concept, etc. Other than that is okay! I would love to fix it for you!
After the rough sketch is accepted, the commissioner must do the full payment
I will continue to line, and color your commission!
Commissioner could ask revision for small color adjustment!
Regular progress updates will be given once every 3/4 days.
You will get : JPG file, transparent PNG file, and watermarked/credited file.
